My name is Joe Rasmusson and I have been a realtor for 6 years now. I began my real estate career in the Twin Cities market, and moved to Ely full-time 3 years ago, working for ZupNorth Realty ever since. I have been successful with both representing sellers and representing buyers, helping them with their real estate needs, whether it be in-town homes, lakeshore homes, cabins, or raw land. Most recently I have also gotten into long term property management for rental properties in the area. I enjoy working with my clients to sell their current residence or help them find the cabin or home of their dreams! It is rewarding and I take pride in my work and clients, many of whom become friends. I also enjoy being part of the ZupNorth Realty family and being our mascot, ” Sellmore the Moose”, participating in area parades and events!
Prior to living in Ely as a full-time resident, I had been visiting here for years, first camping in the area, then renting a cabin at a local resort, and eventually buying a remote log cabin. I have always enjoyed this community and it was only natural to move here and make this my home, living just out of town on 4 acres.
I enjoy getting outdoors, walking and hiking, riding my e-bike, and getting out on the side-by-side UTV to the cabin or ATV trails, and of course my dog Faith!
